Cancellation policy

Cancelling or rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or changes within 24 hours, and missed appointments, will result in your deposit being forfeited. For package bookings, the scheduled treatment session will be forfeited.

Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your booking. This is redeemable towards your future treatments.

Deposits are non-refundable, except where required by law. If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will remain on your account as credit towards a future booking.

Treatment suitability

We do not provide cosmetic injectable treatments to anyone under 18.

Please contact us before your appointment if you:

  • Are planning a pregnancy, currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • Are sick or feeling unwell.
  • Plan to travel internationally within two weeks of treatment.
  • Have an active cold sore in the treatment area.

Depending on your circumstances and the treatment booked, your appointment may need to be postponed or your treatment plan adjusted. Your safety is our priority.
